The space

We understand that pets are part of some families, which is why we are proud to offer pet-friendly accommodations for medium size "non-attack type" dogs for a nominal one-time fee of $35. Our cozy yet modern spaces provide the perfect atmosphere for you and your furry friend.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for cooking whatever meal you desire - complete with incredible amenities including cookware, dishes, flatware, glasses and appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker (with starter kit) plus an onsite dry bar complete with wine glasses, champagne flutes & cocktail stemware!

Rest in style after exploring the area by snuggling up under fresh linens provided in each spacious bed-chamber featuring comfy pillow top king/queen size beds and a queen sleeper sofa for those extra guests. Pamper yourself to your heart's content: bathrooms come equipped with towels alongside plenty of shower essentials like shampoo & conditioner plus hair dryers too. And don't forget about that huge walk-in closet off the Master Bedroom giving extra space so packing light doesn’t have to be mandatory…

Our villa also comes loaded with modern amenities such as free WiFi throughout the property making it a perfect location to catch up on work or social media. On top of this, two outdoor pools overlooking Lake Travis are easily accessible, plus a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, day spa, rental shop, merchandise store, tennis courts, pickleball court, Golf hitting cage and outdoor BBQ pit areas for the ultimate island experience.

Furthermore, there are free boat ramps available for guest use so you can maximize your time on the lake. And if that’s still not enough, Island Marina slips may be available for rent via our third-party partner meaning all your aquatic needs can truly be met!

Make amazing memories as you explore your well-deserved relaxation through jet skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking or boating at some local convenient rental facilities just a short drive away. With so many opportunities nearby, why would you stay anywhere else? Enjoy an amazing stay today!

Additional notes

The Island on Lake Travis has 2 free boat ramps for guests use.

The “Main” High Water Boat Ramp is open when the Lake Travis water level is between 679’ MSL (Mean feet above Sea Level) and 666’ MSL.

Lake Travis is full at 681’ MSL. Note: If the water is above 679’ MSL the ramp area is flooded and not for use.

The Low Water Ramp starts becoming visible at 661’ MSL and should be available for use when water level is below 658’MSL down to approximately 643’ MSL.
All Launching of boats – is ‘launch at your own risk’!

Boat and trailer parking is available on a first-come first serve basis. Lake water levels need to be below 675' msl (mean sea level) for the trailer parking.

Please visit the Lake Travis water level website for update levels prior to arrival.

Getting around

We have a reserved parking spot in a covered garage. Easy access to the elevator and unit. We are in Phase 1 , 2nd Floor.

House Rules

Guests must read and agree to follow all COA rules prior to booking. See “IslandCOA” website under community documents for a complete list of renters rules.

We are not responsible for On-site amenities, not available due to a closure beyond our control, Refunds or discounts will not be considered.

Our house rules do not allow smoking inside the condo or on private balcony. Violators may lose their deposit and/or reservation without refund.

Our place is pet friendly for a nominal one-time fee of $35 (Dogs only - medium size or smaller- pit bulls or attack dogs not allowed). Please bring covering or blankets to place over furniture and beds to prevent possible damage or additional cleaning charges. Make sure your pets are current on their shot records, and flea & tick meds.
